Biography
Kelly Kottlowski is a Master of Architecture student at the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. Since growing up in Indiana, Kelly’s professional and academic experiences have taken her from coast to coast with time abroad.
Her professional experience has focused on education design with a growing interest in lighting to improve well-being. Her current research combines both, focusing on how lighting qualities can be improved in learning environments. While at Oregon, Kelly had the honor of being a 2022 Solar Decathlon Finalist and served as the Director of the 28th annual HOPES conference centered on transpecies design.
