Biography
Vincent Lee, PE, LEED AP, ENV SP is an Associate Principal in Arup with over 20 years of experience in sustainable site development, green infrastructure and integrated water management. He has been instrumental in developing integrated water management plans for new cities in the Middle East and Asia such as Songdo in South Korea and Meixi Lake in China. He has developed infrastructure plans for campuses and mixed-use districts including: St. Elizabeth’s East in Washington DC, Fulbright University Vietnam and Parque de Cidade in São Paulo. He is the Project Director for the design of NYC green infrastructure for streets and public properties on over 2,000 acres in 3 City Boroughs. Following Super storm Sandy, he has led the design on multiple resilience initiatives including: NYS2100 Commission, NYCDOT and NYCMTA resilience, Rebuild By Design (NJ), NY Rising Community Reconstruction Program (Long Island) and NYCHA public housing recovery for Red Hook Houses. Vincent is the Arup Technical Director for Water for North America leading on technical excellence and quality across the region. He has a BS in civil/environmental engineering from Penn State University, and a MS from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
